Royal Caribbean Group’s 10-week paid summer internship places you with the Data, Strategy & Analytics - Guest Travel Services team in Miramar, FL, for hands-on projects that impact guest travel offerings.

You will work alongside analysts to deliver data-driven insights, contribute to product packaging and pricing strategies, and gain exposure to executive leadership talks and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data, Business Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Available to work on-site in Miramar, FL June–August 2027/2028.
• GPA minimum 3.2; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist market research to drive increases in travel-related conversions.
• Support strategies to optimize vacation products sold B2C and B2B.
• Translate insights into actionable deliverables for the team.
