Job summary

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Cybersecurity graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis (no immigration sponsorship offered)
• Strong attention to detail and an interest in maritime operations, safety, or environmental compliance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

About the team/department:

Global Enterprise Technology (GET) is the function that powers and supports technology across Royal Caribbean Group, helping ensure systems are secure, reliable, and able to support both shoreside and shipboard operations. The function spans areas such as IT strategy and operations, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data and AI, technology products, and systems integration. GET teams build technology solutions that support employees, crew, and the overall guest experience, while continuing to drive innovation across the organization.

Qualifications:

Rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , IT, Engineering, or Cybersecurity graduating December 2027 or May 2028

Available to work on-site in South Florida June through August 2027, in office Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday's.
