Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Guest Transit Host for Dollywood Theme Park. The role encompasses Tram Driver and Conductor duties, ensuring safety, friendliness, cleanliness, and fast service for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, enforcing safety rules, producing daily reports, and adapting to weather and crowd conditions. Candidates must be 16+ with basic computer skills and a valid license, and will undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Background screening including criminal history and motor vehicle record check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide friendly interaction to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate tram/conductor roles with safety and efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned areas and assist as needed.
• Complete daily reports and communicate with Parking PIC.
• Work in all weather conditions and manage guest wait times.
• Follow safety standards and exhibit Dollywood’s values while interacting with guests.
