Job summary

ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking a Common Area Attendant to keep the lobby, public spaces, spa areas, and pool deck clean and well-maintained. The role includes restroom sanitation, front desk area tidiness, and assisting with event and conference spaces.

Candidates should have basic English literacy, be detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team. The job involves indoor/outdoor duties and adhering to safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred.
• Detail oriented and thorough with cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Keep lobby and all public spaces clean and presentable.
• Clean hotel and employee restrooms, restock supplies.
• Clean behind front desk and back offices; maintain windows and doors.
• Tidy conference rooms; arrange chairs and spaces.
• Maintain spa facilities, bathrooms, showers and treatment rooms.
• Stock amenities and supplies in assigned areas; report damages.
• Help keep exterior areas free of trash and debris when needed.
