Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking a diligent Common Area Attendant at Lodge 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. The role covers cleaning and maintaining lobby, public spaces, spa areas, and related facilities to uphold high hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, desks, windows, and corridors; stocking supplies; and ensuring guest areas remain welcoming, pristine, and safe all shift. Prior housekeeping exposure is a plus, training provided.

Qualifications

• Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Clean lobby and all public spaces.
• Clean hotel and employee restrooms; restock items and maintain cleanliness.
• Clean behind front desk and back offices.
• Clean windows, walls, and doors.
• Clean outside of building and surrounding areas.
• Prepare conference rooms and arrange chairs.
• Maintain housekeeping supply rooms and stock amenities.
• Greet guests courteously and report damages or repairs to management.
• Assist in maintaining spa facilities, restrooms, showers and treatment rooms.
