Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a versatile shuttle driver at our Traverse City property to provide reliable guest transportation and assist with maintenance tasks. The role also includes groundskeeping and supporting ongoing hotel improvement projects.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, and maintenance or hospitality experience is preferred. You will work with the Chief Engineer on various initiatives while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year maintenance experience preferred, but may bypass for the right candidate.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to and from airport/other destinations.
• Perform hotel maintenance duties.
• Complete various projects assigned by Chief Engineer.
• Use facility maintenance program to complete room service calls.
• Complete preventive maintenance every month to ensure we PM all rooms by end of year.
• Report and fix any safety hazards throughout the hotel.
• Ensure that the stockroom has sufficient inventory.
