Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to hotels, hospitals, casinos, and local areas in a friendly, efficient manner. The role includes assisting guests with luggage and keeping detailed vehicle logs.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, communication, and knowledge of local attractions. A valid license, background check, and required trainings ensure compliant, high‑quality guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background check, MVR and drug screen.
• Must be 21+ years old due to vehicle leasing contract.
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times and pass annual MVR checks.
• Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training and possess a Medical Examiners Certificate.
• DOT endorsements and periodic physical exams may be required.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from hotel, hospital, casino, or local area in a courteous manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and manage arrival/departure logistics.
• Learn and remember pick-up/destination points and maintain vehicle logs.
