Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to hotel, hospital, casino, and local areas in a safe, friendly manner. You will maintain logs, assist with luggage, and ensure a positive guest experience across shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, following safety procedures, and coordinating with location staff. Prior driving and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle guests to approved locations and learn pick-up points.
• Communicate courteously with guests, staff and clients.
• Inspect vehicle before each shift for safety and operation.
• Assist patrons with entering and exiting the vehicle and monitor safety.
