Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from hotels, hospitals or casinos and nearby areas in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner using safe driving practices. You will assist guests with luggage and maintain vehicle activity and logs.

The role requires learning pick-up points, communicating professionally with guests and staff, inspecting vehicles each shift, and protecting guest confidentiality. Wheelchair assistance may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: One to three months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Knowledge: Manual transmission driving capability.
• Skills: Read/write English, follow instructions, basic math and time concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle guests to approved locations and learn pick-up/destination points.
• Communicate courteously with guests, location staff and coworkers.
• Inspect vehicle before each shift and report issues; ensure safety.
• Assist guests with entering/exiting, and aid wheelchairs when needed.
