Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from hotels, hospitals, or casinos in a courteous manner. You will assist with luggage, maintain logs, and ensure safe driving practices while supporting guests throughout arrival and departure.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and MVR checks. Training for wheelchair safety and DOT endorsements may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to vehicle leasing.
• Valid driver’s license required; maintain license and DOT endorsements.
• Complete Wheelchair Safety Training and Medical Examiners Certificate; bi-annual physical as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to/from hotel, hospital or casino in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and deliver/pick up luggage during arrival and departure.
• Maintain vehicle activity and maintenance logs; learn pick-up/destination points.
• Protect guest confidentiality per HIPAA; handle client information securely.
• Assist patrons entering/exiting vehicles and operate wheelchair lifts as needed.
