Qualifications

• Experience in the hospitality industry as a shuttle/van driver or related roles.
• Experience driving a van with multiple passengers.
• Valid driver's license in the state of operation.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from airports, venues, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and belongings.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip shuttle inspections and report issues.
• Follow safety regulations, wear seatbelts, and obey local laws.
• Greet guests professionally and provide local information when requested.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to optimize guest transportation.
• Keep the shuttle van clean and stocked with supplies.
• Handle payments or vouchers for transportation when required.
