Hilton Charlotte Airport is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests to local destinations and assist with luggage while delivering excellent service. You will welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and help ensure a comfortable journey.

Ideal candidates are licensed drivers, with strong communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Join Atrium Hospitality’s renowned team at the Charlotte airport location.

Qualifications

Licensed and safe driver with valid license.

Responsibilities

Safely transport guests to and from local spots including airports, restaurants, and events.
Assist guests with luggage to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
Welcome guests warmly and respond promptly to questions or requests.
Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to maintain service quality.
Keep shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for safety.
