Job summary

National Home Care LLC is seeking a Shuttle Driver to greet guests and transport them to destinations while delivering excellent guest service and supporting hotel operations.

You will operate the shuttle on 3:00 AM – 12:00 AM shifts with 8-hour blocks, maintain safety, assist with luggage, and respond to guest needs. Seniors and Veterans are preferred; a valid chauffeur's license is required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid chauffeur's license.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel shuttle from 3:00 AM – 12:00 AM. Full availability for scheduling is required, with 8-hour shifts.
• The position requires a chauffeur's license.
• Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations, including but not limited to local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, and other requested locations.
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with their luggage.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
• Seniors and Veterans are preferred.
