Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Washington Dulles Airport is seeking staff to deliver exceptional guest service and assist guests with luggage, directions and shuttle service. Team players will uphold safety standards and maintain clean, organized public areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, following policies, and ensuring guest satisfaction while arriving on time and presenting a professional appearance in accordance with hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow all appropriate policies and procedures while striving to improve standards.
• Ability to follow safety and security procedures and will not pose a direct threat to health/safety.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, maintain concentration, and complete all work assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with directions and provide courteous service.
• Handle luggage and assist guests with baggage storage and retrieval.
• Maintain lobby, bell closet, porte cochere and parking areas in clean, safe condition.
• Provide shuttle service as needed and support other departments as required.
