Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrivals and departures. You will park and retrieve vehicles promptly, assist with luggage and provide directions and local information with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role involves explaining parking procedures, handling tickets and payments, and supporting guests with taxis or reservations as needed. Open availability and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license for your state or within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and acknowledge them by name.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely; assist guests with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; collect tickets and payments when required.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
