Job summary

The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience across shifts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one month of related experience or training. Basic English skills and math are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license or commuting distance from the state line.
• One month of related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to read and write standard English; basic arithmetic for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and interact with customers using professional manners.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and collect payments; maintain ticket and key records.
• Deliver excellent hospitality services in a friendly, attentive manner.
