Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Lot Attendant in Florida to deliver exceptional hospitality while handling revenue and parking operations during guest stays.

You will greet guests, assist with directions, stack and retrieve vehicles, and reconcile revenue. Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check; shifts run day and night with tips supplementing earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide information about surrounding area.
• Safely stack and retrieve guest vehicles and secure keys.
• Collect revenue and reconcile shift transactions; complete shift reports.
• Protect guest confidentiality and maintain vehicle and guest information security.
