Breckenridge Grand Vacations in Breckenridge, CO, is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the welcoming heart of our sales gallery, orchestrating seamless tour coordination and delivering exceptional service to owners and guests.

This full-time non-exempt role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays; compensation is $23.00–$26.50 per hour DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage all guests and owners with warmth and professionalism as the first impression of the sales gallery.
• Coordinate daily tour schedules and manifests and communicate tour benefits to guests.
• Manage front desk operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Provide administrative and sales support: data entry, reports, owner cards, and marketing materials.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage inventory of tour gifts.
• Resolve guest scheduling inquiries per the End of the Line service philosophy.
