Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

As a Team Member, you will greet guests, take orders, process payments, operate the POS, and help maintain standards across front and back-of-house. This entry-level role requires reliability, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years; 18 years old to work opening and closing shifts.
• Flexible work availability.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Possess all documents and permits required by state - federal law.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments, and handles customer issues with a friendly demeanor.
• Operates the POS system and uses upselling techniques to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies order accuracy.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations and maintains regular attendance.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve issues and learns teamwork skills to achieve goals.
