Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personal service with great food. You will work with managers and teammates to uphold standards, greet guests, take orders, process payments and ensure orders are accurate.

We value reliability, flexibility and a customer‑focused approach. This entry‑level position emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and safety across all areas of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability are required.
• Basic math, good written and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Minimum age 16; 18+ for opening/closing shifts; must have valid work eligibility.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and resolve issues with a friendly attitude.
• Operate the cash register/ POS and suggestive-sell where appropriate.
• Verify orders for accuracy and prepare/pack food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Stock inventory, assist multiple workstations, and follow safety standards.
• Follow uniform/grooming policies and maintain attendance on shifts.
• Collaborate with management to resolve restaurant issues and support team goals.
