Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to ensure guests have an unforgettable visit. You will assist with questions, resolve concerns, and provide friendly service across the park environment.

Responsibilities include helping guests navigate the park, resolving conflicts politely, and becoming an expert on accessibility services. Earn a base rate of $13/hour with a potential $5/hour bonus September 21, plus perks like free uniforms and admission.

• Assist with resolving guest conflicts in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional service to guests regarding their questions and concerns.
• Troubleshoot difficulties guests experience to minimize interruptions to their visit.
• Become an expert on Cedar Point’s accessibility services and provide access to Cedar Point’s attractions to guests with disabilities.
• Reunite guests with their belongings at Lost and Found.

*Must remain active through October 26th in order to be eligible for bonus pay. Incentive will be paid out after November 1st. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
