Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Baton Rouge, operated by Hospitality America, is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor who will lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll train, coach, and mentor staff to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and responsive service.

You will empower employees, implement guest-centric processes, and uphold PEACH values while managing staff development and cash/control procedures in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hotel front desk operations.
• 1-2 years of customer service leadership preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the front desk, coaching staff to deliver superior check-in/check-out experiences.
• Act as a problem solver for guests and empower staff to find win/win solutions.
• Implement and maintain processes to meet or exceed guest satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure all front desk staff are trained in policies, brand requirements, and customer service standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and support front desk staff to perform at their best.
