Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. Atlanta is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead daily front- and back-of-house guest service operations for Club Wyndham Atlanta. You will manage check-in/out, analyze reports, and ensure tasks are completed while maintaining inventory and scheduling.

The role requires at least 1 year in supervision and hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff. Valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.
• 1 year of hotel, timeshare or hospitality service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of guest service shifts, including planning daily front- and back-of-house guest service operations.
• Provide proper guest check-in and check-out procedures, analyze reports, and communicate needs with your team.
• Ensure daily checklist duties and tasks are fully completed with follow-up communications.
• Maintain room inventory accurately and efficiently; administer schedule adjustments.
