Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for the front desk at Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket. You will assist the Guest Services Manager, greet guests, and support daily front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, and inquiries.

Ideal candidates exhibit a friendly, service-driven attitude, strong computer and cash handling skills, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent computer and cash handling skills.
• Present a sociable, outgoing, guest-service oriented behavior.
• Working knowledge is generally learned on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all front desk functions: guest service, PBX, reservations.
• Understand the software system and daily transactions including room rates.
• Train new Guest Service Agents.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on guest requests and maintenance.
