Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store employees and daily operations. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and readiness to assist managers in keeping facilities well-maintained and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations, be comfortable with standard POS and computer tools, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Background check required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
