Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking Shift Leaders to supervise employees and the restaurant's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, be self-motivated, and assist managers in keeping facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Pay ranges from $14.20 to $21.10 per hour, with weekly pay and a nationwide benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant operations is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Proficiency with a calculator and computer equipment.
• Ability to work with a team and interact with diverse groups.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check is required.
