Pilot Flying J in the United States seeks a Shift Leader to supervise store operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, mentor staff, and uphold PFJ's commitment to quality and cleanliness.

Pay starts between $17.95 and $26.68 per hour, with a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance within our growing network of travel centers.

Qualifications

• Retail operations experience or working knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused culture.
• Able to use a calculator and computer for everyday operations.
• Willing to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store employees and general operations.
• Respond to customer needs with high service levels and maintain facility standards.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep the store well-maintained and running smoothly.
