Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking frontline team members to provide friendly member service, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor neat and well organized. The role emphasizes quick, courteous assistance and adherence to club policies while supporting multiple departments as needed.

The position involves handling various merchandise types, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a safe, positive environment for members. Regular attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenishes, refills, stocks, and straightens merchandise.
• Keeps sales floor clean, neat and full organized.
• Replenishes milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise.
• Folds and organizes apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Removes empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenishes box bins.
• Returns all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
