Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to provide prompt and courteous service, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. The role emphasizes safety, attendance, and adherence to club policies as part of daily operations.

Team members will support the club through diverse duties across departments, ensuring a positive member experience while upholding Gold standards and efficient store execution.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service.
• Replenishes, refills, stocks, and straightens merchandise.
• Keeps sales floor clean, neat and fully organized.
• Removes empty cardboard and disposes of cardboard.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
