Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to deliver prompt member service, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor organized. The role includes replenishing merchandise across departments and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service.
• Replenish, restock, and straighten merchandise; ensure clear signage.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat and fully organized.
• Replenish dairy, frozen, food and non-food items; tidy apparel and books.
• Remove empty cardboard, dispose properly and restock boxes.
• Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
