Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members to deliver prompt, courteous member service while stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. You’ll help ensure a positive shopping experience and support daily operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenishes, refills, stocks, and straightens merchandise; ensures proper signage.
• Keeps sales floor clean, neat and fully organized.
• Replenishes milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise; folds and organizes apparel, books and other items.
• Removes empty cardboard from sales floor and uses baler for disposal.
• Maintains all club policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
