Job summary

Sandia Peak Ski Area is seeking friendly, dependable Guest Services Representatives for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will assist visitors with tickets, season passes, RFID access, and general questions, creating a welcoming experience for guests.

Responsibilities include selling lift tickets, checking in guests for lessons, operating RFID systems, handling cash/credit transactions, and collaborating with Ski School and Lift Operations to support daily ski area operations.

• Schedule includes weekends and holidays during winter season.

Sandia Peak Ski AreaGuest Services Representative2026/2027 Winter SeasonSandia Peak Ski Area is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team members to join our Guest Services Department for the 2026/2027 winter season.Guest Services is a key part of the guest experience and is responsible for assisting visitors with tickets, season passes, lessons, RFID access, and general questions about the ski area.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guestsSell and issue lift tickets and season passesAssist guests with season-pass questions, products, and account informationCheck in guests for ski and snowboard lessonsAssist with lesson registration and schedulingOperate and troubleshoot basic RFID ticketing/access systemsOperate POS systems and accurately process cash, credit card, and other transactionsAssist guests with RFID cards and access issuesAnswer questions regarding lift tickets, lessons, operating hours, mountain services, and ski area policiesMaintain accurate records and follow established cash-handling proceduresAssist with opening and closing Guest ServicesMaintain an organized and professional Guest Services areaWork closely with Ski School, Lift Operations, Retail, and other departmentsAssist with other duties as needed to support daily ski area operationsRequirementsExcellent customer-service and communication skillsComfortable working with computers, POS systems, and technologyAbility to learn and operate RFID ticketing systemsAbility to accurately handle cash and credit-card transactionsStrong attention to detailReliable transportation to and from the ski areaAbility to work weekends and holidaysAbility to work in a fast-paced mountain environmentPrevious guest services, ski resort, retail, ticketing, POS, or hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredScheduleSeasonal – 2026/2027 Winter SeasonFull-time and part-time positions may be available.
