Ideal candidates will have experience with an IHG branded hotel, strong time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservations systems. A High School diploma is required and a stable work history is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Stable work history required.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Need to be a team player and able to communicate clearly.
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying and resolving concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
