Job summary

The City of Edina seeks a friendly Guest Services II for Edinborough Park. You will greet guests, manage the POS system, and provide information on hours, policies, and group rentals. The role requires strong communication and a customer-first approach.

You will handle admissions, memberships, and merchandise, answer phones, and assist with events. A welcoming, professional presence and ability to stand for long periods are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• General office experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about hours, policies, and events.
• Operate the POS system to sell admissions, memberships, and merchandise.
• Answer phones and provide clear, accurate facility information.
• Record attendance and assist with special events and group rentals.
• Manage birthday party reservations and equipment distribution as needed.
• Maintain a clean facility and professional appearance during shifts.
• Enforce facility rules professionally and on-time arrivals.
• Handle cash register operations and make correct change.
• Support maintenance with setup/teardown and daily operations.
