This role involves greeting guests, handling the POS for admissions and memberships, and guiding parties with schedules and policies. You’ll assist with group reservations and daily operations, contributing to a welcoming experience.

The position offers flexible shifts up to 25 hours weekly, including mornings and weekends, with holiday pay considerations where applicable. 18+ required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• General office experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and answer phones with accurate information about hours, schedules, and policies.
• Sell admissions, memberships, day passes, and merchandise at the POS.
• Check in guests and birthday party reservations; manage group arrival procedures.
• Maintain a clean facility and assist with setup/tear down of rentals and events.
• Enforce facility rules in a respectful, professional manner.
• Handle cash register operations and provide courteous customer service.
