NCG Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative at their Omaha property. Starting $18.00–$20.00/hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Flexible Monday–Friday, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Accurate cash handling experience
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Responsabilités

• Answers phones, makes reservations, checks guests in/out
• Interacts with guests to create a memorable experience
• Uses property management system for reservations, payments, and check-in/out
• Responds promptly to guest requests and complaints with a proactive approach
