Sand Valley is a golf resort and community settled gently upon 12,000 acres of rugged, pre-historic sand dunes in central Wisconsin. The resort features six world-class golf courses: Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, Sandbox, The Lido, Sedge Valley, and Commons. Position Summary

As a Housekeeper, you will maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, with attention to detail and dedication to service to ensure a welcoming and memorable stay at Sand Valley.

What You’ll Do

Clean guestrooms and residences to resort standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock towels, amenities, and supplies.
Sanitize bathrooms (fixtures, tubs, showers, tiles).
Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces, mirrors, windows, walls.
Inspect lighting, drapes, HVAC units; report maintenance issues.
Replenish housekeeping carts, caddies, and storage rooms.
Confirm rooms are guest-ready; report safety or maintenance concerns.
Wash, dry, and fold linens/towels as assigned.
Assist teammates and perform related tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior hotel or resort housekeeping experience (preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Professional appearance, positive attitude, strong communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts through the end of October
Comfortable working primarily indoors, moving between buildings in various weather conditions, and safely handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
Stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and kneel for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; frequently lift 20 lbs and occasionally 30 lbs
