Job summary

Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium in Ashland, NE is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Guest Services at Wildlife Safari Park. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, staffing coordination, training, and ensuring smooth operations across admissions, memberships, and retail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week during the summer season.
• Must be available weekends and holidays during the summer season.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Admissions, Membership, Food & Beverage and Retail areas.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Operate cash registers and POS accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and stock levels across guest areas.
• Address guest concerns with tact and escalate as needed.
