Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area; follow guidelines for restricted merchandise (alcohol, tobacco).
• Use suggestive selling to promote and sell products; ensure quality service to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints and follow company processes; communicate issues to management.
• Determine break schedules and team member placement during shift.
• Assist with deli, cleaning showers/restrooms, stocking, and other travel center tasks.
• Model company values and ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure compliance with rules, policies, and procedures; complete other duties as assigned.
