Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving experience, preferably in hotel or upscale casual dining.
• Must obtain a Louisiana Responsible Vendor (RV) Card.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and expert recommendations on food and beverages.
• Input orders accurately using POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and maintain table cleanliness.
• Handle opening and closing side work including resetting tables.
• Process guest payments and maintain financial integrity.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
