Job summary

Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel is seeking a Busser - Home Plate in Santa Ana Pueblo, NM. The Busser supports servers, keeps tables clean, and ensures a seamless dining experience for guests in a fine-dining atmosphere.

The role requires exceptional guest service, teamwork, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A NM Alcohol Servers license must be obtained within 90 days of hire, and bilingual capability is preferred.

Qualifications

Must have excellent guest service skills.
Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred.
Must obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license.

Responsibilities

Exemplifies passionate and exceptional guest service.
Anticipates guest needs to offer exceptional service standards.
Clean and set the dining room tables as necessary.
Provides the stocking needed for the servers to be efficient throughout their shifts.
Assist the guest with a positive and professional attitude as needed.
Promotes the culture and values of Santa Ana Star Casino while acting with integrity and honesty.
Keeps a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace throughout each shift.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Obtain NM Alcohol Servers license within 90 days of hire.
