Qualifications

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly.
• A smartphone capable of running company applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer knowledgeable suggestions about products and specials.
• Takes and delivers orders quickly and accurately.
• Operate POS and settle payments accurately.
• Upsell products to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Issue receipts and ensure paperwork is signed and filed.
