Job summary

Hilton Denver City Center, located in downtown Denver, is seeking a friendly restaurant server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals and beverages with attentive hospitality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 months+ experience in a similar role, basic cash-handling knowledge, and fluency in English. This on-site, full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of customer service principles.
• Must know standard cash-handling procedures.

• Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greets and takes food and drink orders from restaurant customers, serving the orders and accommodating special needs/requests.
• Remains attentive to the customers throughout the dining experience, adhering to service standards.
• Completes all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing sidework as instructed.
• Memorizes menu items and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Responds to customer inquiries and provides timely and knowledgeable information to ensure quality service.
