Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverage from kitchen to guests.
• Understands menu content and can answer questions.
• Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assists with event setup and breakdown.
• Establishes rapport with guests and uses upselling techniques.
• Adheres to appearance guidelines and location standards.
• Maintains equipment and completes setup/breakdown on time.
• Performs post-event inventory and restocking as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Stands for long periods and can move around guests.
