Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking friendly cashiers to greet guests and assist shoppers. You will help maintain displays, stock replenishment, and ensure the store remains neat and clean while striving to meet daily sales goals.

Flexibility is required for hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. This role includes cross-training across retail operations and teamwork to support overall store success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.
