Job summary

Siegel Select Dallas, part of Siegel Group, seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet guests, answer phones, and assist residents and prospects. You will be the first point of contact and help create a welcoming atmosphere on property.

Responsibilities include managing room openings and availability, handling transactions, processing work orders in the system, distributing mail, and maintaining an inviting office.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months customer service experience.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, positive manner as they enter the property.
• Knowledge of room openings and availability.
• Sell rooms to guests in person and on the telephone, including posting Craigslist ads daily.
• Accurately handle all cash and charge transactions.
• Make cash drops in the safe.
• Keep accurate records of vacant rooms and close out procedures including deposit slips and closing reports, as well as setting alarm.
• Take work orders from residents and process correctly in the system.
• Receive and distribute mail to residents.
• Maintain a clean and inviting office
• Other duties as assigned
