As the first point of contact for many guests, this role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with reservations and front desk operations, and supporting resort activities to ensure a memorable stay.

The Resort functions seven days a week and may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. All employees, both management and hourly, must realize that, at times, it may be necessary to adjust schedules to meet business demands.
