PM Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent at Residence Inn in Mount Juliet, TN. You will be the welcoming face at the front desk, handling check-ins, guest requests, and local recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of related experience. You must be adaptable, capable of standing for long periods, and available for varying shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
