TownePlace Suites Asheville is seeking an energetic, in-person Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional service, handle check-ins/outs, and manage guest requests with a friendly, professional approach.

The role emphasizes accuracy in reservations, proactive communication with other departments, and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 1 year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies PEACH.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
  • Be a guest advocate by responding to requests with urgency and empathy.
  • Process payments for guests and update accounts as needed.
  • Enter and update reservation information in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.
  • Maintain the front desk, ensuring area is clean, welcoming, and organized.

TownePlace Suites Asheville is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our Guest Services Representative position. As a part-time Guest Services Representative, you'll be able to showcase your customer service skills and create exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package. What you'll do

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
