Position Purpose and Summary

The Guest Services Representative ("GSR") demonstrates a strong commitment to providing excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and completing daily front office paperwork. The GSR ensures adherence to safety and security procedures for all associates and guests.

Key Duties include:
- Promoting a 100% commitment to guest satisfaction
- Responding to guest requests and resolving issues
- Processing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and payments
- Handling collection efforts and maintaining financial accounts
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk and common areas
- Selling hotel services and identifying sales opportunities
- Conducting property tours and ensuring brand standards
- Providing accommodations and adhering to safety policies

Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness of hotel areas
- Cross-training in housekeeping and laundry
- Performing other tasks as assigned
